We aim to train the next generation of Community Organizers and progressive candidates who champion workers’ rights, articulate a new vision for our communities, and foster change where it matters most.

About the Lead Community Organizer Position
Part-Time (Tue-Sat, Up to 30-35 hours/week) • Competitive Pay ($864/wk)
Starts Feb 25, 2025, Ends May 17, 2025
- Chester, York, & Lancaster Counties
- Hybrid Work Style
- Travel Required - Must have a personal vehicle
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for people who are:
🔹 Experienced in community organizing (at least 2-years)
🔹 Passionate about social justice, community success, or grassroots organizing
🔹 Comfortable managing projects and leading others in demanding environments
🔹 Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills
🔹 Ready to commit to on-the-ground engagement
